Major interventions to increase access to and use of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services are known, and many organizations working in crisis environments are implementing them with extremely limited resources and facing multiple challenges.

There is, therefore, an urgent need to build the capacity to support comprehensive SRHRs within the primary health care system over the long term.
